Description: In April 2010, Exeter's Northernhay Gardens will once again be hosting one of the region's largest food and drink festivals of its kind. The 2009festival attracted producers providing over 100 food and drink stands from the South West and over 15,000 visitors. The 2010 festival is expected to be even bigger with even more space allocated for regional food and drink producers.

Description: In aid of Marie Curie Cancer Care.
10.30am - 4.30pm
A large food tent promoting local traditional and organic produce. There will also be a craft tent with a wide variety of merchandise from all over the South West.

There will also be outside sites for many specialist plant nurseries as well as refreshments.

Cranfields Cook book

I am always being asked for recipes and advice and have decided to write a cookbook to include all my product recipes, useful tips and anecdotes.  To include easy ways with fruit from alcohol to leathers, pitfalls to avoid and flavours to enjoy.
